   I Gene Colin am a retired Allstate Agent after 30 Years of service. I met Rob & Paula Weinmann many, many years ago. I first became their Insurance Agent and then Rob became my primary remodeling contractor. When I moved into my new office in 1990, I called on Rob to do an extensive remodeling job for me. This included putting in lowered ceiling, building counters, hanging doors, and windows plus building me a complete closet for storage items. He also installed all of the cabinets in our new kitchen. I was very pleased with the work Rob did for me.

When I needed a new roof on my house I called Rob to do the job. He and his sons did a complete re-roofing job and installed new gutters for me and I was very pleased with the way he did everything. He even went around with a powerful magnet to make sure there were no roofing nails in the grass . That impresses me. Rob also installed a big copula , which turned out beautiful.

I can only recommend that Rob Weinmann is the perfect person to do any type of carpentry work and complete finish work on anyone's home. He is a Perfectionist and the job will be done with all the care and skill he has.

there are times in a person life, when, circumstances dictate that a person take action. this is just the time.

I am referring to my involvement with you. Ever since our involvement began over a few years ago, I have been in state of awe over the work performed by Weinmann's Home Improvement. During this time, your company has performed numerous home improvement projects at both of my homes located in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Whether the job was small or large, it was always performed meticulously, with the same professionalism, dedication and attention to detail one could never ever hope for. This manner of devotion has shown itself with doors, siding, gutters eves, downspouts, aluminum trim, roof work and complete home renovation.

If you saw something that you did not feel was absolutely perfect, you would start over, without anyone having to say anything to you about it. It was as though you were working on your own home, instead of someone else's. your pride of authorship is apparent in the work that you do. Add to all that, honesty, integrity, courtesy and character, and this places Weinmann's Home Improvement in a class all it's own. it is for this reason only, that I have entrusted you with the keys to both of my homes.

I only wish that I could have a forum in which to expound your attributes. Everyone, whether they be an individual or a business, are in definite need of your skillful artistry.

For your information, we have employed Rob Weinmann of Weinmann Home Improvement to do numerous upgrades on our house and garage, including:

- re-roofing house and garage
- installing baseboards in living room and dining room
- installing all new windows and door-wall, including wood trim

It is with pleasure that we recommend Rob Weinmann for his excellent workmanship. In July, 2004 he replaced an existing roof an our house and garage. Also, he added a 24' x 7' front porch with railing and an extended roof line over the porch.

The work was completed in the time frame that he estimated. his knowledge and skill in the building trade is top notch. He is a very honest businessman who does his work with pride and care.

We have received many complements on our porch and it has given the house a finished look.
